Forward2Employment work alongside Fortis Trust to support young people, with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHPC), in Medway and Kent to find permanent and purposeful employment. We passionately believe that all young people should be given the opportunity to work in their local community, to feel valued and have a place in society.
